If the full rules text of Invoke is in fact what is printed on Commune – “Invoke means play this card without paying its cost, then banish it” – then yes, you’d be forced to Invoke it. I think there’s a good chance though that the official rule will end up with the word “may” in the text (“Invoke means you *may* play…”), in which case when it triggered you could decide to do nothing and wait for it to trigger again later.

Combo discovery is one of my favorite experiences and Epic always delivers. Can’t wait to expand the card pool.

Pumped for Jungle!
Backer #3, baby!!!

Howl is a great Lynchpin card for my wolf deck, will probably be one of the first decks I experiment with building. Another way to turn Hunting pack immediately into a deal 10 is a big deal

I don’t remember other cards being this way but maybe I’m mistaken.

Also, typo in the title of “Ensnaring Rune.” The “r” needs to be capitalized. 🙂

I could go with Subjugate for the reasons you stated, but Mobilize is perfectly fine IMO, and not deck dependent. 3 human tokens are great blocking fodder, and the health gain is awesome for a 0-cost. 🙂
